"We chose PrismaNote because of the integration options. For example, our stock is immediately displayed in the webshop. It is also nice that every user works in the same product database. So if I, a supplier or another jeweler put products in it, they are immediately available to everyone, which is much easier and faster.

We also ran into obstacles with our previous POS system. The reaction was then quickly of 'it can't be', 'that doesn't work' or 'we'll come back to it'. Then we decided to do it drastically differently and to work with PrismaNote. We are very glad we did this because it works.

The implementation went well. Of course it took the necessary effort, but everything you did gave immediate satisfaction and added value. So it didn't feel like we were doing double duty.

Every system and every supplier has things that can be improved. Of course, jewelers all have different wishes among themselves, so it is not always easy to get everything in line. I think that PrismaNote is already very far in this, because they think along well from the jewelery box. They are also very much looking forward to adding the right functions to help jewelers digitize."
