"The situation before we started using PrismaNote was the proverbial 'shoebox administration'. We still worked with handwritten sales receipts, a cash register on which no more than a day and monthly turnover could be printed. Our stock was still entered and debited in an Excel file.

Fortunately, this Excel file could be entered into PrismaNote's cash register system and our webshop was also a fact. As long as the item numbers are properly noted in our stock file and recognized in the product database, the products will be displayed online immediately.

After this we have chosen to immediately provide all articles with a label with a barcode. Which is of course a big, but one-off job.
