Step 1: Download the program by clicking the appropriate button

Step 2: Click on the program "PrismanoteSuppor....exe" at the bottom of the screen



Step 3: Click 'Yes' on the pop-up that appears to install



Step 4: The program opens

A number appears on the left (under This workplace). We will ask for this number by telephone.

Step 5: Pin the program to the taskbar

Do you want to be able to easily find the program later?

- Right-click on the green icon in the task bar at the bottom of the screen.

- Click on the 'Pin to taskbar' option
